East Coast Christmas Home Tour – Tweedside Road

Welcome!

We’ve been having so much fun sharing East Coast Bloggers Christmas Home Tours, I shared my house Thursday and Colette from Little Blue House By the Bay’s house Friday. Today we get a peek inside the lovely Krista from Tweedside Road Home Decor, if you have not been inside Krista’s St Andrews shop you’re missing our on beautiful decor and gifts. Krista is a beautiful decorator and painter and we are thrilled she has opened her home to us. Sit back and enjoy!

Our house was built in 1918 but we added on a large piece in 2007 giving us this open living / dining room.

It’s a great space for entertaining.Our Christmas tree is traditional although I used some silver tinted bull rushes for a special touch.

The pets who may be in some photos are William the cat and Bentley the dog.

We love our wood fireplace and keep it burning all winter. The poor old love seat is on it’s way out the door as soon as I find a couch I like. In the meanwhile, I bought the grey wool blanket at the Sally Ann to throw over the back of it.’

I’ve started some paper whites but they are just starting to peek out of their bulbs.
