Have you heard? We have a NEW Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint Colour, Outback Petticoat!
It’s fresh and pretty and yummy.
Pioneers and Petticoats — Past and Present Converge with the Release of On-trend Milk Paint Colour “Outback Petticoat” from Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint
“Stained with the sunburned earth, a white cotton petticoat sweeps the soil of a bygone era…It is the pioneer women of the world who inspire the debut of Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint’s newest hue, Outback Petticoat”
Rich with history, the orange clay soil of the Australian Outback influenced the addition of this romantic shade to the Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint (MMSMP) line.
“Our newest color Outback Petticoat, is rich, earthy and full of fire — like the Outback settlers and pioneers.” says Marian Parsons, President of Miss Mustard Seed Interiors LLC. “It’s a gorgeous shade that is warm, classic and bold. I love the imagery the name evokes the reference to the stained hems of petticoats worn by women in the 1800’s and early 1900’s.”
We are seeing beautiful pops of orange everywhere these days. I’m just loving the fresh vibe.
I guess I have a little fondness for orange (which is interesting as I am usually a muted, vintage colours kinda girl) but I sorta have orange in my logo too…lol
Maybe they should have called the new colour “Front Porch Orange” ha ha but I guess Outback Petticoat is a prettier name for this pretty colour ha ha.
Come into Front Porch Mercantile Moncton, we have Outback Petticoat in stock and it will soon have it in our satellite location at Mom’s Buy and Sell in Lunenburg (by end of month). Drop in and see Outback Petticoat in person. You can check out our hours and locations here.
We adore love love love our Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint and are pretty sure you will too.
It’s super pretty. What would YOU paint with this beautiful tone?
Hope to see you soon,
Ps..Here’s a great post about this beautiful colour from my great friend Sharon who happens to live “Down Under”
